Welcoming Our New General Manager
Dear Valued Wine Vault Napa Valley Clients,
Since Wine Vault’s inception in 2020 we have been privileged to work with very talented people. Since Luke Floyd joined us in January as General Manager he has increased our customer base and inventory, improved the racking systems for collector pallets, boosted our website, and re-thought the wine storage layout for greater efficiency all while providing great customer service. This kind of talent is highly sought after – and The Thomas Keller Group has swooped in with an offer that Luke cannot refuse. While we are very sad to see him go, we understand the great opportunity before him!
Meanwhile the stars aligned and one of our winery clients just happened to know the perfect candidate for our General Manager position. Martin Griffith, a recent transplant to California, comes to Wine Vault with over 40 years of Inventory and Materials Management experience. While he is new to the wine industry his vast knowledge will be key to running a smooth operation at Wine Vault.
We bid Luke a fond farewell – and ask you all to Welcome Martin Griffith as our new General Manager. Be sure to stop by and introduce yourself on your next visit to Wine Vault Napa Valley. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to give us a call and thank you for being a Wine Vault Napa Valley customer.
Sincerely,
The Team at Wine Vault Napa Valley
