Our Story

Wine Vault Napa Valley was born from 40 years of family ownership and operation of a warehouse in Napa, combined with 50 years of premium Napa Cabernet grape growing for some of Napa’s finest wines.

​As personal collectors of beautiful Napa Valley wines since the 1970s, we have stored them in the historic Tower House on our home property. We began renovating the 1860’s Tower and were almost ready to move in when the 2014 earthquake devastated the building. We scrambled to find a new home for our wine while we decided our next step. Over time it made us think about how wine is stored for collectors, small wineries, and custom crush customers.

It was time to move our wine. We realized that we already owned the perfect spot—our warehouse conveniently located on California Boulevard in North Napa, off of Highway 29 and Trancas.

We then sourced a very experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly team to bring Wine Vault Napa Valley to life.
