Commercial Pricing
We provide month-to-month commercial pallet storage. In addition to storage, we offer complimentary inventory tracking, order preparation, and receiving. Commercial pallets contain 44 or 56 cases and are stackable, with no more than 2 varietals per pallet. Collector Wine Storage
Collector Pricing
We provide month-to-month Collector pallet storage. A Collector pallet contains 3 varietals or more, multiple box sizes, or multiple box types on a single pallet. A Collector Pallet cannot exceed 4’x 4’ x 4’ in dimensions. Collector pallets are not stackable in most cases and are stored in a designated slot in our wine racking system. Additional Pricing and Fees
In / Out Fees
INCLUDED
There are no In/Out fees. Your monthly storage fees include your ability to pick up and receive wine multiple times per month. We only ask for a 24-hour notice for the pickups and deliveries
Shipping Preparation
INCLUDED
Shipping preparation includes palletizing case orders, shrink wrapping, and creating Bill of Ladings (BOL). In addition, you will be responsible for contacting your choice of a shipping company and scheduling pick-up times during our normal business hours.
Commercial Inventory Tracking
INCLUDED
We track your inventory by varietal, vintage, volume, and case count as we receive your wine and when it leaves the facility. These reports are sent out monthly to our commercial customers who request them.
Processing / Set Up Fee
$25/ Per customer
This is a one-time fee for new customers, upon your completion of our wine storage agreement.
Warehouse Facility Use
$100/First Hour
$25/Additional hour(s)
If you need it, you may utilize our warehouse space for adding labels, foils, waxing, or other related wine activities.
Pallet Restacking Fees
$25/ Per Pallet
If we receive a pallet where the cases are not packed safely or correctly, we will need to restack the pallet. If you would like the Wine Vault team to restack it, we charge $25 per pallet.
Pallet Restocking Fees
$2/ Per case
If we prepare or palletize an order for pickup or shipping that does not materialize, there will be a $2 per case fee to return the inventory to the appropriate pallet.
